Waterbury Irene T. Bellemare, 86, passed away on December 24, 2022 at St. Vincents Hospital in Bridgeport. She was born on January 29, 1936 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Adrien and Lucia (Bernier) Bellemare of Waterbury. Irene is survived by her sisters, Claire, Theresa and Cecile; one brother, Ronald and his wife Linda and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was predeceased by her brothers, Roger and Normand and sisters, Georgette and Yvette. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 30, at 10:00 A.M. at Blessed Sacrament Church 182 Robbins St., Waterbury. Burial will be in the spring.
