EVELYN "BIBY" IGLESIAS WATERBURY ~ Evelyn "Biby" Iglesias, 48, beloved daughter, mother, and sister of Waterbury passed away on Thursday, June 25th at St. Marys Hospital. She was born May 23, 1961 in Manhatten, NY, daughter of Carmen Rivera-Marti and the late Heriberto Iglesias. She was an avid reader and enjoyed writing poetry. She had a love for music and enjoyed dancing. Besides her mother of Waterbury, she leaves her maternal grandmother, Carmelina Rivera of P.R., her children, William Alvarado of Naugatuck, Jessica and Jennifer Iglesias of Waterbury, Joselyn Besmer of Kent, Juliandra Lopez of Naugatuck and Juan Lopez of Waterbury, her siblings, Vivian Diaz of Naugatuck, Sandra Rodriguez of P.R., Luis A. Rodriguez of MO, Lourdes Iglesias, Wanda Benitez, Aracelis Virella, Maritza Cintron-Serrano, and Jose A. Degros of Waterbury, her several grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Family and friends may gather for a Celebration of Life Service at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott on Sunday from 5 pm to 8 pm. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
