Waterbury Dylan James Owen, 28, of Waterbury, passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018. Dylan was born on April 26, 1990 in Waterbury, son of Rick Owen and Noelle (Bouffard) Kaczmarczyk. Besides his parents, Dylan is survived by his siblings, Rickey, Nicole, Amber, Corey, Jack and Emily; stepfather John Kaczmarczyk, and his beloved grandparents, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Dylan was happiest surrounded by his family and friends. He loved golfing with his father and brothers, and was an avid New York Yankees and Miami Dolphins fan. He always found joy in everything he did and had a way of making everyone around him smile.
