Doris Rita Lacourse Beloved Sister, Godmother, Aunt, and Great Aunt NAUGATUCK- Miss Doris Rita Lacourse, 94, of Naugatuck passed peacefully on Wednesday at the Jerome Home in New Britain surrounded by her loving family. Born in Waterbury on August 11, 1930, Doris was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Marie (Laperriere) Lacourse. During most of her adult life, Doris resided in Naugatuck where she was very well known in town. She worked for the Timex Corp., Bendix and Stop and Shop. She enjoyed playing games with family and friends especially Rummikub. Left to cherish her memory are her sister Lorraine and her husband Lawrence Reeser and several generations of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers Raymond and Gerard Lacourse. Doris family would like to thank the staff of Jerome Home and the staff of Hartford Health Care Hospice for the wonderful and compassionate care they received.
