Waterbury ~ Doris M. Correa, 49, of Waterbury passed away peacefully on Monday June 3, 2013 at her sister Liz Cruzs home in Wolcott. Doris was born August 31, 1963 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Carmelo and Angelina (Feliciano) Correa. She had been employed at North American Family Institute where she dedicated 11 years to the Touchstone Program in Litchfield. Doris was a member of the Walnut Hill Community Church. She enjoyed being with her family, friends and many godchildren. Doris loved life and was always "ready for a party". She enjoyed traveling and dancing, especially the salsa and free style dancing. Doris leaves her sisters, Carmen Rodriguez, Lucy Correa, and Carmelina Quinones, all of Waterbury and Liz Cruz of Wolcott, her brother, Angel Correa of Penuelas, P.R., several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday at 10 am at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott, followed by burial in All Saints Cemetery.
