Diane (Greenbacker) Stilkey WOLCOTT- Mrs. Diane (Greenbacker) Stilkey, 80, wife of the late Hazen Stilkey, died peacefully on Friday December 20, 2024, at Lord Chamberlain Healthcare in Stratford. Born in Meriden on May 7, 1944, Diane was the daughter of the late Robert and Evelyn (Gollnick) Greenbacker. She and her husband Hazen of 57 years, lived in Wolcott where they raised their two daughters Gail and the late Dawn Marie. Diane enjoyed crafting and spending time with her family. She worked in retail at Caldor and K-Mart as a clerk for over 40 years. Diane will always be remembered for love of her family and her compassion for animals. She loved her cat Mitsy who along with her family will miss her dearly. Left to carry on her loving legacy are her daughter Gail and her husband David Wall, her sister Judy Clodfelter , and her four grandchildren Sam Charbonneau, Robert Charbonneau, Kevin Wall, and Michael Charbonneau. In addition to her husband Hazen, Diane was predeceased by her daughter Dawn Marie Stilkey. Funeral Services will be private.
