New Haven Ms Denise Normandin, 84, passed away on Tuesday morning, July 2, at Yale New Haven Hospital. Denise was born February 17, 1940, in Waterbury, daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Anne Normandin. Raised in Waterbury, Denise was a graduate of St. Annes Grammar School and Crosby High School. Dee had a beautiful voice and would often perform in NYC clubs when she was younger. She will always be remembered for her laugh and sense of humor, especially around the holiday. Dee had many dogs throughout her life, her favorite being "Pom Pom" her beloved Pomeranian. She is survived by her brother, Roch Normandin of Naugatuck; her partner, Joan Sallies of New haven and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Monique Lafreniere. Funeral services and inurnment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery will be private. Services Private Services
