Danielle Simpson Forever in our hearts WOLCOTT- With broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother Danielle (Boutot) Simpson, 48, on Wednesday March 12, 2025 at her home in Wolcott. Danielle was born in Waterbury on May 5, 1976, daughter of Daniel and Gail (Osborne) Boutot. She graduated from Wolcott High School in 1994 and earned her Bachelors degree at Johnson & Wales University. Danielle worked for many years at Big Y Foods Inc and was on their Womens Leadership Committee. She enjoyed baking, camping, the beach and loved her dogs. Danielle married David Simpson in 2000 and has lived in Wolcott most of her life. In addition to her husband David and her parents, left to cherish her memory are her two daughters Isabella Simpson and her husband Kole Bolte, Emma Simpson and her partner Matthew Lanza, her brother Kyle Boutot and several nieces and nephews. Danielles family would like to thank everyone who has supported her throughout this journey! Friends and family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Pius X Church/ St. Basil Parish on Monday March 17, 2025 beginning at 11 AM.
