MORRIS ~ Daisy M. (Richardson) Millette, 90, of Morris passed away peacefully on March 3rd surrounded by her family at Wolcott View Manor. She was the widow of Moise Millette. Mrs. Millette was born January 20, 1921 in Waterbury, daughter of the late William and Effie (Talmadge) Richardson. She had an appreciation for the Hummingbird and was know as "The Hummingbird Lady" at the Morris Senior Center. She enjoyed her family and was an avid bingo player. She leaves her children, Beverly Yanavich, her caregiver of Waterbury, Kenneth, Joseph and Lawrence Millette of FL, Sharon Fitzgerald of Middlebury, and David Millette of Naugatuck, her sister, Martha Everding of North Haven, her grandchildren, Carol, Kevin, Gary, Kenny, Tammy, Joseph, Jeffrey, Tabitha, Lori, Scott, Shanley, Danny and Celine, who she relied upon for many of her needs, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her many brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 7th at 10 am from Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott to St. Peter & Paul Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am.
