CLOTILDA E. ROSSI
WATERBURY ~ Clotilda (DAngelo) Rossi, 95, of Waterbury passed away on Sunday, May 1st at St. Marys Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Anthony "Teddy" Rossi who passed away on April 29, 1985.
Mrs. Rossi was born August 26, 1915 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Natale and Julia DAngelo. She enjoyed bowling, gardening, dancing, and crossword puzzles. Her greatest joy was her husband, children and grandchildren.
She leaves her son, Theodore Rossi of Meriden, her daughter, Arlene Ross of Waterbury, her grandchildren, Anthony Ross, Sr., Ralph R. Ross, Melissa B. Jenkins, Arlene E. Ross-Minchenko, Jeanna Labella, Tricia Rossi, Todd Rossi, Nicole Rossi, Matthew Rossi and Ashley Rossi, her thirteen grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and her daughter-in-law, Gloria Rossi. She was predeceased by her son, Ronald, grandson, Ronald, her son-in-law, Ralph Ross, four sisters and three brothers.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Watertown. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 am until the time of the service.
