Mrs. Christine E. (Wester) Kelly, 69, devoted wife of John “Jack” Kelly passed peacefully at her home in Wolcott on Monday August 3rd.

Born in Waterbury on October 20, 1956, Chris was the daughter of the late James and Eleanor (Kramer) Wester. She graduated from Wolcott High School and raised her daughters in Wolcott. Her career was in real estate and for many years she owned the Kelly and Associates Agency in Oxford. She enjoyed gardening, golfing and her hobby of making jigsaw puzzles that Jack would frame and display in their home.

Chris and Jack were married for over 52 years. Sadly, they outlived their daughters Lisa Kelly and Julie (Kelly) Marfia. Left to cherish her memory are her two grandsons Jonathon and Christian Marfia, her three sisters Diane and her husband Emile Gaugler, Barbara and her husband Mark Berglund, Linda and her husband John Cullen, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and Family are welcome to celebrate Christine’s life on Saturday August 8th at Woodtick Memorial 420 Woodtick Rd in Wolcott. Calling hours will begin at 10 AM followed by a funeral service at 12 noon. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
