Wolcott Charles Jenner, 74, of Wolcott, passed away on September 8, 2022 at Waterbury Hospital. Charles was born on February 1, 1948 in Waterbury, son of the late Clayton and Mary (Burke) Jenner. He served honorably and proudly in the United States Navy. Charles is survived by two children, Bobby Jenner and Charlotte Jenner; and his niece Susan Giraldi and her husband Richard.
