WOLCOTT ~ Charles "Chuck" Hansen, 82, of Wolcott passed away at his home on Sunday, April 14, 2013. He was born August 30, 1930 to the late Harry and Hilda (Gustafson) Hansen. He served with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Chuck was a graduate of the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and retired in 1964 from Cramer Co. as a Design Engineer. He was a member of the Wolcott Congregational Church, the American Legion, Post 1965, Masonic Lodge 146 of Wolcott, and the Shriners. Chuck enjoyed woodworking. He leaves his daughters, Nancy Lynn Isser of Bethel and Karen C. Hornak of Westminster, CO, grandchildren, Chrisse DeMarta, Nancy Burgos and Britney Hornak, great grandchildren, William, Lyana and James Burgos, Samantha, Nicholas and Matthew DeMarta. A memorial service will be held on June 2, 2013 at 2 pm at the Wolcott Congregational Church, 185 Center St., Wolcott, CT 06716.
