WATERBURY ~ Blanche S. (Williams) Ragauskas, 79, of Waterbury passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Aurora Senior Living. She was the widow of Francis (Ruggles) Ragauskas. Blanche was born February 14, 1933 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Walter T. and Clara (Brown) Williams. She had worked at Benrus Watch and Pic Design until her retirement. She loved to read, listen to music and enjoyed traveling to Maine for vacation. She leaves her sister-in-law, Rosemary Williams of Wolcott, three nephews, one niece and two step-sons. She was predeceased by her nephew, Walter (Woody) Williams, and her brother, Walter J. Williams. A BIG thank you to Aurora Senior Living of Waterbury for their kindness, understanding and exceptional care that was given to Blanche and to her caregiver, Rosemary Williams.
