WOLCOTT ~ Beverly A. (Cosmos) Hurbon, 73, of Wolcott, loving wife of Paul Hurbon, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Bradley Memorial Hospital in Southington. Beverly was born February 19, 1940 in New Bedford, MA, daughter of the late Joseph and Adelaide (Lemos) Cosmos. She retired from Airpax in Cheshire in 2002 after 18 years of service. She was a parishioner of St. Pius X Church. Beverly enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping with her sister, and loved being with her grandchildren. Besides her husband, Paul of 53 years, she leaves her children, John D. Hurbon and his wife Shalini, Michelle A. Buonfiglio and her husband Bernie, and Jodi A. Mastriano and her husband Robert, her siblings, Joseph Cosmos and his wife Gladys, Joan LaBonte and the late Henry LaBonte, and Frederick Cosmos and his wife Lillian, her grandchildren, Audriana, Tara, Glenn Paul, Helena, Juliette, Maggie, Joey, Gabby and Savannah, several nieces and nephews, and many friends. She was predeceased by her siblings, Franklin, Rev. John, William, Robert, Lawrence, Charles and Theresa Cosmos. A funeral mass will be held on Friday at 10 am at St. Pius X Church, 525 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott. Everyone is asked to meet at the church. Burial will take place in the spring.
