Jazlyn Faith Marie leaves her sisters, Jessenia and Isabel, brothers, Isaac and Israel, maternal grandparents, Joanne Britton of Waterbury and Wayne Britton of Danbury, paternal grandparents, Leonor Hernandez of Rhode Island and Robert Hernandez of Pennsylvania, an Aunt Dawn Britton and many others that cared for her.
