Wolcott Annie M. Blacker, 85, of Wolcott, passed away on December 7, 2022 at the VITAS Innovative Care Unit in St. Marys Hospital. She was the wife of the late Richard C. Blacker. Annie was born on February 18, 1937 in Quezon City, Philippines, daughter of the late Henry and Fidela (Samson) Ball. Annie enjoyed cooking and baking and spending time with family. Annie is survived by her daughters, Linda Mascolo and her husband Alfonso, Carolyn Hopkins and her husband Mark, and Leslie Tiso and her husband Richard; her grandchildren, Joseph and Philip, Mascolo, Sarah McNamara, Richard, Kyle, and Aubrey Tiso, and Richard DiFelice; and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two daughters, Alice and Dawn. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Pius X Church, 525 Woodtick Rd., Wolcott.
