Waterbury - Anita L. Kirk, 75, of Waterbury, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2023 at surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Allen Kirk who predeceased her in 2010. Anita was born on September 22, 1947 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Leonard and Mary (Levendowski) Yarosheski. Anita loved cooking, going to plays, and bargain hunting. She cherished the time she was able to spend with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Brian Kirk, and Lisa Mancini and her husband William; four grandchildren, Jessica Mancini and her husband Steven, Kristi Mancini, Melanie Mancini, and Matthew Brewster; two great-grandchildren Theodore and Bennett; her sister Marie Masterpietro; and Special nieces Donna and Judy. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 17 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Michaels Church, 62 St. Michaels Dr., Waterbury. Burial is private.
