WOLCOTT- Mrs. Pasqualina “Pat” Perrelli, 93, beloved wife of the late Donald Perrelli, passed away peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital VITAS unit on Thursday March 14, 2024.

Born in Middletown on December 31, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Vincenza (Cavaliere) Blancato. She graduated from the Middlesex Hospital School of Nursing and worked as a devoted Registered Nurse for over 40 years, respected as Assistant Head Nurse on P8 Urology and then in Labor & Delivery and Psychiatric nursing at Waterbury Hospital. A Wolcott resident since 1959, Pat was an active parishioner of St. Pius X Church/ St. Basil The Great Parish. Outside of her family and nursing career Pat was a very avid reader. She actually had a large library in her house. She loved to cook and was an excellent baker. She also enjoyed activities at the Wolcott Senior Center and going to the beach.

Left to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy are her son Mark and his wife Nancy Perrelli, two daughters Donna and her husband Dr. David Mader, Lisa Hoyt, her three grandsons Eric and his wife Amy Troske, Jason Troske, and Allen Hoyt. In addition to her husband and parents, Pat was predeceased by her sister Josephine Sandstrom.

Pat’s family would like to thank Dr. Kert Sabbath and staff at the SMILOW Cancer Center at Harold Lever and VITAS Hospice Unit at St. Mary's Hospital for their exceptional care.

Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday March 21st at 10:30 AM at St. Pius X Church/St Basil the Great parish 517 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott followed by burial in Woodtick Cemetery.
