Coffey and his wife Olga of Bristol; four grandchildren, Steven Ieronimo, Tiffany Cross, Christian Rivera and Jesse Ronalter, a step granddaughter Melissa Hoyne, three great grandchildren Addy, Dylan & Mason and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to a dear friend Kimmie Tessman of Winsted who has been by her side for many years through the good and the bad.
She was a 15 yr. member of W.V.F.D. Co. #3 Ladies Auxiliary, a 15 yr. EMT and Founding Charter Member of the Wolcott Volunteer Ambulance, drove for the American Cancer Society and worked for many years in group homes caring for the handicap. She loved her family and many friends, bingo and also was an avid camper spending many summers at her seasonal site and on her golf cart always wearing something patriotic and planning activities for the children as the activity director.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 26, at 7:00 P.M. at Woodtick Memorial 420 Woodtick Rd. in Wolcott. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 P.M. until time of service on Sunday. Burial will be private.
One request she has always made to the family is to "All get along, treat people kindly, compassionately and with respect and you will have success". We all need more of this in today’s World.
